02 / Freight & shipping
A clear freight quote before fulfillment.
For panel orders, freight is calculated for the actual package and destination and quoted separately from the materials. The freight charge is collected before fulfillment. We’ll confirm the quoted amount and applicable arrangements for your order.
Samples use a separate shipping rate structure. If your project includes both samples and panels, ask us to confirm how each shipment will be handled.
For international projects, share the destination country and postal code so applicable freight and import arrangements can be confirmed before you proceed.
