Introduce your client or project to Angkop before the order. We confirm the referral in writing and support product information, ordering, and fulfilment. Client payments go directly to Angkop.
Your commission percentage is negotiated privately, based on your relevant expertise and the client relationships you bring. It is calculated after production cost, as follows: (actual product selling price − applicable production cost) × your negotiated commission percentage. That calculation excludes tax, shipping, handling, and tariffs, which are paid by the client separately.
A qualifying sale may be one client order or an agreed batch of smaller orders from your registered clients. Minimum volume and batch requirements are set out in your individual written agreement.
Commission is payable only after the qualifying order or batch is fully paid, including shipping, funds have cleared, and every order has been manufactured and shipped. Invoice requirements and payment timing follow your individual written agreement.
This is a program overview, not the individual representative agreement. Participation and commission terms are confirmed in a signed written agreement, and the individual signed agreement prevails over this overview if they differ.
