Refund and Return Policy

Last updated: 25 October 2026

This policy explains ANGKOP CORP’s voluntary change-of-mind return offer for products purchased through angkop.ca. It does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection laws. If the law gives you rights that differ from this policy, the law applies.

1. Change-of-Mind Returns — Canada and the USA

We accept requests for voluntary change-of-mind returns for eligible orders delivered in Canada or the United States. You must contact us within 15 days after delivery to request a return.

This voluntary return offer does not apply to deliveries outside Canada and the United States. It does not affect any rights or remedies that may apply under law, including rights relating to defective, damaged, incorrectly supplied or misrepresented products.

2. Eligibility Conditions

For a voluntary return to be eligible:

  • The product must be uninstalled and unused.
  • It must be free of chips, cracks and other damage.
  • It must be returned in its original packaging.
  • You must provide proof of purchase.
  • You must contact us and receive return instructions before shipping it back.

Products are subject to inspection after return. Meeting these conditions does not affect any statutory rights you may have.

3. How to Start a Return

Email info@angkop.ca within the 15-day return-request period. Include your order number, the product you wish to return, the reason for the return and photographs if helpful.

Please do not send a product back before receiving our return instructions. Authorized returns should be sent to:

ANGKOP CORP
274 Southwick Street
Leduc, Alberta T9E 0E7
Canada

4. Return Shipping Costs

For an approved voluntary change-of-mind return, you are responsible for return freight and any brokerage, customs or similar charges on the return shipment, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Please use suitable packaging and a trackable shipping method. ANGKOP CORP is not responsible for products lost or damaged during a return shipment, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

5. Inspection and Restocking Fee

We will inspect the returned product after it arrives. For an approved voluntary change-of-mind return, a 5% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund, where permitted by law.

If the returned product does not meet the eligibility conditions, we will contact you. Where permitted by law, the product may be returned to you at your expense without a refund. The restocking fee does not apply to a return or refund required by law.

6. Refund Processing

We aim to inspect returned products within 5 business days after receipt. If we approve the return, we will issue the refund to the original payment method within 10 business days after approval, less any permitted restocking fee.

Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund. If a statutory deadline applies, we will follow the applicable legal deadline.

7. Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If a product arrives defective, damaged or different from what you ordered, contact info@angkop.ca as soon as reasonably possible, preferably within 7 days after delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue and photographs where available, and keep the product and packaging.

We will assess the issue and explain the next steps. These reports are handled separately from voluntary change-of-mind returns. The change-of-mind conditions and 5% restocking fee do not apply where the law provides a remedy. Contacting us within 7 days helps us investigate promptly but does not waive or limit any legal rights you may have.

8. Exclusions — Final Sale

Custom orders, special-order items, sample orders, and items clearly identified as clearance or final sale are not eligible for voluntary change-of-mind returns. This exclusion does not limit any rights or remedies that apply under law.

9. No Direct Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If your voluntary return is approved, you may place a new order for the product you want. This does not affect any remedy you may have under law.

10. Quebec Residents

Quebec residents may have rights under Quebec’s Consumer Protection Act and other applicable laws. Nothing in this policy limits those rights. Where a statutory cancellation or refund right applies, its conditions, return-shipping responsibility, fees and deadlines are governed by applicable law—not by the voluntary change-of-mind terms above.

11. Statutory Rights

This policy concerns voluntary change-of-mind returns only. It does not exclude, restrict or replace any consumer rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights that may apply to defective, damaged, incorrectly supplied or misrepresented products.

12. Contact

For return requests or questions, contact ANGKOP CORP at info@angkop.ca.

Governing law: This policy is governed by the laws of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection laws that apply to your purchase.

This policy applies to voluntary change-of-mind returns. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected. Version dated 25 October 2026.
